Gangnam studio's location is perfect to reach every where in Gangnam Seoul. The studio is on a side of Gangnam blvd and 3 min walk to Yangjae subway stn. There is Incheon int'l airport limo bus stop named 'Baengbaeng sageori' stop in front of the studio. This apartment has clean furniture with kitchen, bath room, a super double size bed and table/chairs. It also has 5th floor with 2 elevators. It is in an excellent location for business trip and multi-purpose as SAT academy in Gangnam district. Location: My studio is located in Gangnam southern area of Seoul. New bed, furniture & room are clean as your home. Transportation is excellent to reach every where of Seoul Korea. In front of the studio, there is ‘Baengbaeng sageori' airport limo bus stop from Incheon/Kimpo Airport. It is in 3 min walk to 'Yangjae' subway stn exit#3, Seoul metro line#3 orange color. Accommodation: it has double size bed (200 x 150 cm), sofa bed, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, laundry machine, air conditioner and 2 elevators. You can cook and enjoy your independent space without any disruption. A security guard are stay at the gate of 1st floor for 24 hours, and convenient store in the building. Environment: Studio has a cozy type apartment with a big double bed (200 x 150 cm) and a sofa bed (200 x 100 cm) and it also has a kitchen, bathroom and laundry machine. And it has a cable TV and high speed internet wifi(over 100 Mbps up/down dual band 2.4 & 5). Recommended to a single person to rest alone with dining and sleeping, however it is also recommended to a family for staying long period in Gangnam district Seoul. Roof top is available for multi-purpose as reading or yoga. During your stay at my house, you can reach to me through airbnb message, or also phone call me in emergency case. Airport - Studio: take Airport limousine bus #6009, and take off the bus at 'Baengbaeng sageory' stop. then you can find 'The O ville'. it will take 1 hour to the studio. 2. Subway information Return to Studion: Some where in Seoul - Studio: take Seoul metro line#3(or Shinbundang line) and take off metro at Yangjae station and walk out thru exit#3, then 3 min walk along to Gangnam station direction and you can find 'the O ville'. Shinbundang line's stations: Gangnam(3min)-Yangjae-Pangyo-Bundang Jungja Station-Gwanggyo Seoul Metro line#3 (Orange)'s stations: Yangjae-Seoul Art Center-Seoul Express Bus Terminal-Shinsa-Apgujeong---Anguk (Bukchon)-Gyeongbokgung (Palace) 1. Food waste: Put into the Blue plastic bag and place into the Orange plastic basket in the 1st floor. Animal bone & egg shell are not food waste but general garbage. 2. General garbage: put into White or Purple envelope. garbage is dumped, tied and placed next to the garbage can on the first floor. 3. After washing the milk container or yogurt container with water from the sink, separate the paper and plastic into the discharge container.
