Casa de Photograph (nod to Def Leppard 😉), is an offering for most any traveler. Play board games, take a sip at the coffee/wine bar, be a chef & cook a meal, plug away in the work space or unplug & relax on the deck, in the pool (*unheated*) or on the dock. Bask in beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Take a ride in our bicycle friendly neighborhood. Take your boat or kayak out on the deep water access canal. Downtown is a short 15 min. away & the beaches are an easy drive. Find your bliss & enjoy. The space Offered are 3 bedrooms (one king w/TV, one queen w/TV & 2 twin beds), 2 1/2 baths, unheated pool, dock, outdoor dining, outdoor seating, grill, bicycles, coffee bar, games/sitting area, work space, full kitchen, laundry, etc. Only booking guests and registered guests may occupy the house. All booking guests names and ages (exception-minors accompanying a parent or guardian) must be listed on reservation or given to owner in Air BnB message thread. Guests assume full responsibility for theirselves and any children in the pool and dock areas or on the bicycles. By booking, you are contractually agreeing to this. Guest access The entire home and grounds are yours to enjoy! Our EV charger can be utilised for an extra $15 per day & is negotiable for longer stays. Weekly pool cleaning service on Saturday mornings around 7am. Other things to note Social media links are posted to the inside front door and inside slider door. Please like tag and share for a discount on a future stay! *We provide a thoughtful starter supply of basic essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays or additional needs, we recommend bringing extra items or picking up supplies locally. *NEMA 1450 EV charger available for $15 per day. Charging cord and/or adaptor not included. *Pool is serviced weekly, on Saturday mornings around 7am. *Lawn service is generally on Tuesdays or Thursdays. *Grill is available for use. An additional $25 cleaning fee is charged, if not thoroughly cleaned after use. By using the grill, guests are hereby agreeing to this rule. *Trash in brown can ONLY. Mandatory $25 fee for unbagged trash in outside can. *IMPORTANT* *Due to medical reasons, please let this serve as guests further acknowledgement of our NO ANIMALS POLICY. *Only booking guests and their registered guests may occupy the space. All guests names and must either be listed on reservation or supplied in Air BnB message thread. Age & name not required for children under age 18 accompanying a parent or guardian, who is listed on the reservation. *Guests agree to and acknowledge that there are no child safety devices/attachments in the home. *By booking, you are acknowledging and bound by the above noted details/rules & accepting that the pool is unheated.
