Rural View B & B- The Gathering Room

The Gathering Room gives your group the entire 2nd floor with 3 rooms, a shower/bath and sitting room. The quiet rural setting allows you a great view of surrounding farmland, a large backyard with play area for children plus a firepit and chairs for relaxation. Accommodations for up to a MAXIMUM of 8 guests, When you book The Gathering Room your group are the only guests on the second floor. Along with Amish neighbors you are minutes from many Lancaster County attractions. The space Your entrance is thru the front door of the house into the foyer and up the steps to the upstairs. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION, THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN. One cozy room sleeps 3 comfortably with a queen and single bed, the second has a king bed and the third has a single bed and a queen bed and all have wonderful views of the surrounding farmland. Please NOTE there is a MAXIMUM of 8 guests. Another room includes a sofa, rocking chair, table and chairs to enjoy games, relax or use as a work area, a small refrigerator with water bottles for your use, microwave and Direct TV . The bathroom is not attached to any individual room but is on the same floor and has a tub/shower. Excellent for extended families or when separate bedrooms are needed. Please NOTE this is the upstairs of the house and whether you have 1 or 8 there will be NO other guests will be in the upstairs portion of the house while you are there however there is No KITCHEN AVAILABLE NOT A WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL. Guest access The upstairs, the large outside yard to enjoy the flowers and play area for children. The front porch is also available for relaxation. We offer a light buffet breakfast which consists of coffee, tea, pastries and various breakfast items from 7-9:00am in the kitchen if you wish, we do ask that you try to respect those times however we can be flexible if you let us know when you arrive. Plenty of parking is also readily available. Please contact me with any questions. During your stay We would love to assist you in finding local restaurants and attractions and of course would be happy to share details about the local area and culture. We also understand that you may need your space to relax and that is okay also. Breakfast may include fruits, cereals, pastries, Donna's delicious oatmeal and of course coffee and juice. Private tours of the local area may be available, please contact us for more info Other things to note We live at the property (the main floor and the kitchen area is where we spend our time) and at times there are family gathered at the house but we try to be respective of our guests presence.
