Guest access By booking and staying at this home, you and all members of your party agree to our Pool Waiver: No lifeguard on duty — pool use is entirely at your own risk. You are fully responsible for supervising all children and non-swimmers at all times. You release and hold the host harmless from any injury, damage, or claims arising from pool use, including those due to negligence (to the extent allowed by Texas law). Follow all posted pool rules (no glass, no running/diving in shallow end, shower before entering, etc.). If anyone in your party cannot agree to these terms, do not use the pool. Full waiver available upon request.
