A ground floor studio with independent access is located in a quiet area of the fishing port a few steps from the center and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped (internet, TV, washing machine, dryer, ceiling fans) and comfortable for a couple or a family with a child who want to spend a quiet vacation in our region. Nearby there are paid parking lots, bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. Guest access The apartment consists of a small entrance, a living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed (sleeps 2), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with tub, a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a storage room. There is no parking in front of the building but you can stop to unload your bags. There are paid parking lots nearby. Free parking is available on the island of Schiusa, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Other things to note Every area of our apartment is equipped with ceiling fans that make the environment pleasant to live in without suffering the heat in summer.
