Other things to note ▶ Cleaning Policy In order to maintain the best condition of the house, professional cleaning company disinfects and change bedding/towels every day. ▶ Check in/out Policy Check-in : After 3pm Check out : Before 11am *If you wish to check out after 11am, please coordinate with the host in advance. ▶ Instruction for the Use of Private Terrace 1. Please wear the terrace-only slippers for the terrace, and if you use the terrace messy with food, etc., there may be additional cleaning costs. (Please pay special attention to the cost of cleaning the terrace). 2. The terrace may not be available in case of rain, or in case of rain due to the weather forecast. 3. Please keep quiet outside for the neighbors nearby in the evening. ▶ House Policiy - Non-smoking house. - Pets are not allowed. - Separate garbage bags are available for food waste/general/recycling. - Please turn off the power of the air conditioner, and etc., after use. - Please use the house comfortably, but pay attention to loud music or loud noise after 10pm and before 8am for the neighbors.
