The duplex property overlooking snow capped peaks, pretty sunrises and nocturnal city lights of Almora has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a small living room cum kitchenette, and amenities to make any stay comfortable. The space Nand Maya, a cosy little two storey cottage, features two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and huge bay windows, a terrace on the first floor and a private front yard on the ground floor - perfect sit out areas to curl up with a favourite book and a cup of tea. * The kitchenette is well equipped with a chimney, hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cooking pots, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses. *The resident caretaker/cook lives in the outhouse right beside the cottage and can provide you with wholesome meals subject to prior notice of 4 hours.Please check for the menu with him. *The cottage has basic inverter backup. Guest access Since the whole cottage is available for booking, the guest will have access to the entire property- including all rooms, the terrace and outdoor yards, except the kitchen, which caretaker Vinod bhaiya insists is his domain and he will happily cook for you. Other things to note * Breakfast and morning tea is complementary.Food bills ( lunch and/ or dinner ) will have to be settled before check out. * Provision available for clothes to be washed (no innerwear/ undergarments) and ironed on request at applicable charges. *Two bedrooms with two king sized beds accomodate 4 guests * Provision available to accommodate one extra guest in each room on prior request at applicable charges. We have huge bay windows in each bedroom, which double up as an extra bed when required. >Children aged 9 years and above will be treated as extra guests. *Provision for a bonfire and barbeque available on advance notice, at applicable charges. * The car can be safely parked in the adjoining street . The cottage is a two minute ( 150 m) walk from the street. There is a walkable pathway leading you to it. * In the interest of the next guest, you are requested to refrain from smoking ( in any form - nicotine or e-cigarette , cigar, vaping) inside the cottage. However feel free to smoke on the terrace or the yard. *It is expected of the guests to report immediately if anything is damaged or broken on the property and compensate for the same before check out. *Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. * Pets are strictly not allowed. *Currently we have no provision to accommodate a stay for any drivers /helpers accompanied by the guest .
