Chattanooga Farmhouse

A piece of heaven, nestled out in the country, yet close to all Chattanooga has to offer. We are 18 miles from downtown Chattanooga, 12 miles from Cleveland, and 13 miles from Hamilton Place Mall. We have everything you could need for a long or short term stay, including a full sized washer and dryer! We are conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Collegedale and Cleveland. We welcome UTC, Southern, and Lee parents! Short and long term rentals available, just ask! The space This is a comfortable and stylish farmhouse (and fairly large, 1600 sq ft!) in a semi-rural setting, but convenient to downtown Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Collegedale and Cleveland. We are 3 miles from Collegedale (home to McKee Foods and Collegedale Airport), 3.7 miles to Southern University, and 15 miles from Lee University in Cleveland. Downtown Chattanooga is a 25-35 minute drive. Perfect to be close enough to where you need to be, but far enough away to have the space, privacy and comfort of a good nights sleep. The property included in this stay is the house itself, the driveway, the patio and the side yard. Please be advised of the private property signs. Also, the barn in the back is private use only. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, patio and side yard. Please do not go into the back building. Also, the indoor wood burning fireplace is off limits. Other things to note There is a train track within a mile, and trains are active. There is a smart tv, however, we do not have cable. We do have WiFi. The refrigerator has an ice maker, however, we do not access to water at the refrigerator, thus it does not work. Please bring ice if you think you will need it. Pets are NOT permitted for stays, and if there is evidence of pets, guests will lose their deposit. Also, please refrain from smoking in the house. Outdoors is fine. Thank you!
