The flat has beautiful tall glass windows and a private enclosed balcony. The interior is pristine with stylish fittings and fixtures to give you a sense of modern glam whilst not being visually over powering but encourages light and calm in the living space. The apartment has a state-of-the-art kitchen fitted with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge, all that you would need to prepare yourself your gourmet meals. This is an open plan studio with private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom are beautifully designed and fresh, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The bedroom itself is cosy with a UK size double bed and soft fresh linens. We provide, essential towels, linens, and initial toiletries (toothpaste excluded). The apartment benefits from double-glazed windows, ensuring a serene environment. A washer-dryer in the unit adds to your convenience. Guest access Our check-in process is smooth and convenient, featuring a self-check-in system. It is important to note the building is not manned 24 hours and no one will be meeting you on check-in. You will be sent an email to check-in to the property once the booking is processed (usually within 12-24 hours of you booking). Once you complete the check-in form, you will receive all necessary arrival information via an automated email two days before your stay. This email will include detailed instructions on how to access the main entrance using a code, and retrieving your key from a secure lockbox within the building. You will also receive access to our guest app, which will give you videos on how to find the property, key trouble shooting and FAQs. You will be able to communicate with us via a 24 hour emergency line and also a non-urgent chat in our guest app. Other things to note Welcome to our self-catering Airbnb! We are a professional serviced apartment provider with over 30 years of experience in London. We have hosted more than 2,000 guests on Airbnb and thousands more outside of it. The apartment includes underfloor central heating for your comfort. During summer, there is air-conditioning. This building contains stairs and a lift. Regular service cleans are not included, they can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide initial essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, but further replenishment is up to you. To ensure a peaceful environment, house parties are not permitted, and we request that guests be considerate of each other. Bicycles and smoking are not allowed on the property. Our complimentary Wi-Fi is suitable for personal use, and we will assist promptly with any issues. However, we can not take any liability for professional use and any drop times which causes loss of earnings. Please note that we don't provide oil, milk, or toasters(due to the sensitivity of the smoke alarms). Check-in is after 3 pm. Early check-ins may incur charges and are subject to availability. Our buildings are self-service and unmanned; therefore, we do not offer luggage storage. However, you can find options at major London stations through our guest app.
