As you step inside this ground floor unit, you'll appreciate the comfortable open plan living and dining area, perfect for preparing a meal following a day of sightseeing or maybe you have been for a walk along the coastline and Visit the Museum and Art Gallery all within walking distance of the unit. * Fully equipped kitchen * Electric cooktop and oven * We provide you with some basics like salt, pepper, oil to get you started your stay. When you need to top up, the supermarket is not far away. After a day hiking through Litchfield National Park, stay cool in the tiled bedrooms both fitted with ACs, ceiling fans and large windows so each guest can set the temperature to suit themselves. * ACs in each bedroom and the living room providing year round comfort. * Washing machine conveniently in the unit * Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied to get you started. You'll love the convenience of having public transport right at your doorstep, allowing easy access to the CBD, and other popular locations. Enjoy all that Parap has to offer, with its popular restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops, all within walking distance. And of course, with the Parap Markets right across the road, you'll have access to an array of fresh produce, arts, and crafts, and delicious food stalls every weekend. * There are a number of bars along the waterfront a short walk from the unit. One of our favourites is Darwin Ski Club. * Darwin Turf Club is also within walking distance (20 mins) or a 4 min cab ride. There is a carpark attached to the back of the unit. There is room for one car. Guest access Guests have full access to the property during their stay. Other things to note INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly. NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible. STARTER SUPPLIES: To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. Bring your own towels for the pool around the corner (not on-site) LONG STAYS : All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if something has been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
