The Bunk Room & Loft: A 24-foot ceiling "kingdom" featuring custom triple bunks (3 doubles, 3 twins) and a lofted media area with a twin trundle. Private Dining: Fantastic local island chef can prepare a meal on your shaded deck. 📋 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES ⏱️ 12-Hour Confirmation: A signed rental contract and email address are required within 12 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled. ⚡ Electricity & Deposit: To promote conservation, electricity is metered and charged at cost (typically $200–$1,200). A $1,500 refundable deposit is collected one week before arrival. (Solar usage is included for free!) 🚐 Transfers: Please note: Airport transfers are NOT included for Airbnb bookings. We are happy to help you coordinate a driver. 👥 Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the contract are allowed on-site. For stays of five days or more, we include complimentary one-way transportation from the airport to the villa for your group (one car or van).
