Lovely Apartment with terrace + Air Conditioning

With a fantastic terrace overlooked by the mountains our apartment is just 10 minutes drive to the main towns/beaches (Posada/La Caletta) and has 14 stunning beaches within easy driving distance. It's around 40 minutes south of Olbia airport. The space The space is lovely and in a quiet village just a 10 minute drive from the main town and beautiful beaches. We spend many hours eating outside/playing cards/games on the terrace during the summer months. The apartment has: - AIR CONDITIONING - BBQ - Clothes hanging racks/drying with separate balcony - 1 Double Bed - 2 Single Beds - Sofa - TV - Large Fridge/Freezer - Basics for cooking, fresh oil, salt, sugar, coffee etc. - Board games Additional for beach: - Cool packs for your cool box -Beach toys In the village: - 1 minute walk to 2 different supermarkets - Coffee bars - Post Office - Pizzeria - Local Agriturismo - Local lake Guest access You'll have the whole apartment to yourselves. Other things to note 4 guests + Toddler but would need to bring your own Cot Bet. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
