Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer. The space Washing machine available by arrangement. On the farm there are additional seats including evening sun. This area is shared with us. Fireplace and trampoline, free parking directly at the house and storage facilities for bicycles are provided.
