Austins only downtown bed and breakfast in the heart of the Historic Neighborhood of Clarksville. THE ROOM: The Garbo Suite is elegant and refined. It offers a floor to ceiling wood bookcase, fireplace, and a queen size curved antique bed. There is also a queen sized tempurpedic sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom boasts a clawfoot tub and shower. Floor to ceiling Victorian windows look out onto the tree-lined street of our historic West Austin neighborhood. The space Reminiscent of the 1930’s glamour style, this room is elegant and refined. It offers a floor to ceiling wood bookcase, fireplace and queen sized tempurpedic sleeper sofa in the living room. In the bedroom there is a queen size curved antique bed along with a second working fireplace and large bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. Sleeps up to 4. The Parlor A wonderful fireplace, surrounded by bookshelves, hardwood floors and tasteful antique furnishings give this room a beautiful elegance.Queen size tempurpedic sofa for comfortable relaxation. The Bedroom A great place to rest after a long day, the bedroom also has a working fireplace, a marvelous antique furniture set with a queen sized bed. The double glass doors lead into the tiled private bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway or when you just want to feel extra pampered! The Bathroom The antique claw footed bathtub with shower immediately captures your attention when you enter this spacious black & white tiled bathroom. During your stay You can check yourself in or we can great you as well as we are in a different building on site.... We are pretty friendly, but respect your privacy as well. Brava House is a non-smoking facility; smoking is permitted outside only. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check in or late check out is available for additional $50 per room. A continental-plus breakfast is served weekdays from 8-9, and a full breakfast on the weekends from 9-10. All breakfasts are served in the back house. There is plenty of free off-street parking in our private parking lot behind Brava House. Brava House B&B welcomes families with children of all ages. We ask that parties with children under age 10 stay in one of the suites, where there are no downstairs neighbors. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will have children with you, and the age(s). We also accept pets in some of our rooms. If you will have pets in your party, please advise us ahead of time. You must get prior approval for your pet, and we reserve the right to limit the type or breed of pets accepted. There is a $50 per night per pet charge. All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. All of our suites offer a queen size sleeper-sofa which will allow up to 4 guests in the room. We also have a rollaway bed available for a 3rd guest in other rooms. There will be an additional $50 per person charge per room per night over 2 guests. If sleeper sofa is used with 2 guests there is a one time $25 charge.
