Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the basement. While the basement is unfinished and mainly used for storage and utilities, you’re welcome to grab anything you need from down there—like the extra dining chairs, cornhole boards, dog bed, or fencing. The air mattress and its bedding are located in the first-floor bedroom closet. We just ask that you limit time in the basement to grabbing what you need. Thanks! Other things to note 🛎️ Booking Guidelines for Geneva Grace Thank you for choosing Geneva Grace! We’re committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read through our booking and house guidelines. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms. Violations may result in additional fees, cancellation, and forfeiture of refund. 🔞 Age Requirement Guests must be 25 or older to book. No exceptions. 🚫 No Parties, Visitors, or Events Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties, events, or outside visitors. Each unauthorized guest = $100 fine and will be considered trespassing. Local bookings require prior host approval. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the home, on the back porch, or in the yard. Guests may smoke in their personal vehicles or at the end of the driveway. Violation = $500 fee. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and not inside the home. ⚠️ Disorderly Conduct Disrespectful or disruptive behavior, including intoxication or loud activity, may result in removal without refund. Please be courteous to our home and neighbors. 📹 Security Cameras Exterior cameras are in place for guest safety. Do not tamper with or block them. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund. 🧼 Damages & Cleanliness Excessive messes or damage will incur additional fees. Please leave the home in the condition it was when you arrived. A refundable $250 security deposit will be collected after booking. 🕚 Late Checkout Checkout is 11:00 AM. A fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply for late departures. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dog-Friendly) We allow up to 2 house-trained dogs. No other pets permitted. $30 per night per dog pet fee $500 refundable pet deposit required after booking Dogs cannot be left upstairs. Please use the pink plastic fencing provided in the basement to block upstairs access or use a crate if dogs are left unattended. Dogs must be crated when left alone No dogs on beds or furniture Pick up and properly dispose of waste (bags not provided) Do not bathe pets in tubs or showers House towels may not be used for pets Pet hair must be cleaned before checkout Pet damage is not covered by accidental damage insurance and will be billed separately 📦 No Mail or Package Deliveries Guests may not use the property address to receive mail or packages during their stay. 👥 Third-Party Bookings If booking on behalf of others, a $500 refundable deposit is required. We will request ID from the booker and at least one guest staying at the property. 💸 Responsibility for Violations Any guest, visitor, or pet that causes damage or violates rules will be financially responsible. This may exceed the accidental damage insurance coverage. 🧴 Towel Policy We provide: 16 bath towels 6 hand towels 8 washcloths If using products that may stain (makeup, hair dye, etc.), please use the dark towel set located in the laundry room.
