HOUS 54 is an open plan, family-friendly Bohemian space. Influenced immensely by the Wabi-Sabi and Scandinavian lifestyles, the interiors and furnishings embrace and reflect simplicity, comfort and wellbeing. The muted hues of the house and the vivid green of the garden provide ideal ambience for a quiet and relaxed holiday. The space HOUS 54 has an air-conditioned open plan kitchen, living, and dining area; two separate air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms; and a private garden compounded on all four sides with sit out spaces. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, induction stove, utensils and crockery to do basic cooking. Perfect for one or two families, the house can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Clean space with a long corridor and a huge private garden will make the stay cozy and memorable. Guest access Guests will have EXCLUSIVE access to the ENTIRE ground floor and the garden. Separate key will be provided for the entrance gate. Host lives with his family on the first floor accessing a private entrance. Other things to note The house is a walkable 400 meters from the Eden Beach, which is a Blue Flag beach. Paragliding, scuba diving, ziplines, kayaking, and other such water activities at the beach make it a memorable destination. Ruby beach and Paradise beach are 3 and 6 kilometers away. The property has inverter backup which can support fans and lights.
