The casita sits beside the saltwater pool and is fully separate from the main house, giving you your own private space while still enjoying the character of the wider estate. Inside, you will find a king-size bed, private bathroom, kitchen, dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi, making it equally well suited to a romantic escape, a longer countryside stay, or a work-from-Mallorca base. Wooden shutters on the windows add comfort and privacy at night. The guest house is also child-friendly and well suited to those travelling with a baby or young child. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request, and the indoor dining table opens up to comfortably accommodate a baby chair, making everyday meals that little bit easier. Outside, the atmosphere is all about relaxed Mallorcan living. You will have the guest house entirely to yourself, as well as the outdoor areas immediately around it, while the pool is shared with the main house. The setting is tranquil, scenic, and ideal for slow mornings, sunny afternoons by the water, and quiet evenings with a glass of local wine after a day exploring the island. One of the property’s biggest strengths is its location. Sencelles lies in the centre of the island in Mallorca’s celebrated wine region, with lovely local vineyards nearby and easy access to charming villages such as Costitx and Sineu. Palma is around 20 minutes away by car, and many of Mallorca’s beaches and key destinations are within roughly 20 to 30 minutes, while most corners of the island can be reached in under an hour. The estate is designed for comfort and ease throughout the year, and for longer stays we include a mid-stay towel and bed linen change after the first week. Additional cleaning can be arranged in advance for an extra charge. Self check-in via key safe makes arrivals simple and flexible, and support is available if needed during your stay. Guest access The pool is shared with the main house you will have the guest house entirely for yourself and the outdoor areas immediately around it. Other things to note We have a housekeeper on site so we can offer daily servicing of your space for an additional charge.
