Highseas is a unique semi open plan self contained apartment designed with couples in mind. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and a very large walk-in shower with skylights overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and skylights and is separated from the living area with a TV wall with smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, sink, dishwasher, combination microwave, oven and grill and an induction hob. The balcony is part covered with privacy panels overlooking the Victorian Town of Ventnor and the English Channel with a comfy table and chairs to take in the south facing views. (watch over 1000 boats sail past on the round island race 7th June 2025). We provide towels, linen and toiletries for your stay. The driveway is very large for you to park your car. We are situated at the top of Ventnor. You can walk into town in around 5 minutes or the beach in 10 to 15, but it is quite a climb back to upper Ventnor. There are 2 carparks next to the beach if you prefer to drive and plenty of parking in town. There is a bus stop close to our property and buses are frequent, run until late and can be picked up in town. They are reliable. We are set back around 100 feet from the road and tucked behind a 19th-century coach house, so it is quiet and secluded.
