Street parking and 1 free off street parking spot in back of building. Inside Located on the second floor, private, newly renovated apartment with modern decor. Kitchen and living room along with a full bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes, silverware and glasses. Small kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender and crockpot available. Starter set of coffee, garbage bags, paper towels and dish soap are provided. Living room features ceiling fan, desk, sectional couch and 43” TV. Bedrooms: Bedroom features ceiling fan, window air conditioner (summer only), queen bed, sound machine, black out curtains and high quality linens. Other Amenities: -WiFi internet. -High-quality linens and bath towels. -Starter set of toiletries, soaps, and toilet paper. -Kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge, and coffee. -Laundry room with coin operated laundry, iron and iron board. The guest access -You will have access to your own private apartment -Storage closet provided in the basement. Bring your own lock Other things to note: This Property has security cameras located at the front door, interior entryway and back yard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Important things to note: ================ - Maximum overnight guests allowed are 2. - Maximum daytime guest limit is 2. - Minimum age to book is 25. If you do book, your reservation might be cancelled without a refund if age requirement not met. - A call from the neighbors to the city will bring the police to your door. - If you violate the rules and regulation, you may be evicted without refunds. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We kindly ask that during this time you refrain from music outside and loud conversations. Our neighbors play a crucial role keeping our area a pleasant place to visit, and we request that you refrain from activities that would be disturbing for them. - Guests MUST vacate by 11am of the last day of their stay without that expressed prior written approval from the host to extend the stay. Overstay will be charged the full day and second $150 cleaning fee; as the housekeeper has to reschedule to prepare for the next guest. - No smoking. - No illegal drugs. - No parties. - No firearms. - Please keep the house clean and left as you found it. - Maximum 1 pet, under 25 lbs, must be disclosed and pet fee required. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ========== WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? We are in the process of updating all locks to keyless entry. If your apartment has not yet been updated a lockbox with key will be available. HOW IS THE WIFI? The wifi is blazing fast! The internet speed is at-least 300/Mbps, can be used for gaming and streaming. Wifi reaches outdoors. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO THE HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. We recommend using a UPS or Amazon pick up point. CAN I BRING MY PET? Our house is pet friendly. We allow up to 1 pet with a pet fee of $100. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refunds. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? Our apartment has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The home has a drip coffee maker, as well as a spice rack, salt, and pepper. There are bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with a starter set of shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with starter set of laundry pods WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED? You can bring in 2 overnight guests total. REFUNDS In this time of travel uncertainty, please protect yourself with travel insurance if losing your reservation would be a financial hardship for you. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
