Thoughtfully Designed Bedrooms -Lower Level: consists of three bedrooms (2 queen with storage + 1 room with 3 singles bunk and a sofa bed, made up as needed, & a large wall-mounted TV for children's entertainment) -Upstairs Master Suite: King bed, walk-in wardrobe, office space & a luxurious ensuite with bathtub, double sinks & double shower (please note there is no bathroom door, a privacy sheer curtain is available) Modern Amenities for a Comfortable Stay -Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils) -Wi-Fi with Netflix and Stan entertainment - Air-conditioning (downstairs living area, upstairs equipped with a portable AC unit) - Washing machine & dryer -Plenty of free on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house. The self-contained unit and the garage is not included. Other things to note Booking Guidelines: For peak times (Christmas/New Year, Easter, and Queensland school holidays), bookings require a minimum stay of four nights. If you have special circumstances or specific requests, please feel free to ask. We're happy to consider your request based on availability and other nearby bookings. Other Important Information: 1. Water and Septic Systems: All residences on Tamborine Mountain rely on tank water and septic systems. To help you enjoy a seamless stay, we’ll provide guidelines on proper usage. Please review this information as it is part of our house rules. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. Fireplace: The home includes a combustion fireplace, but firewood is not supplied. Please bring dry hardwood only. 3. Room Darkening: For those who prefer a darker sleep environment, we suggest bringing eye masks. Some are also provided in the corridor drawers. The large windows allow beautiful, private views, so in most of the bedrooms we opted for sheer curtains over blackout options. 4. Cooking Essentials and Coffee: While we provide many basic cooking essentials like herbs, spices and oils. We do not supply coffee pods for the Nespresso machine or milk. Please bring your favorite Nespresso pods and preferred milk. Woolworths also delivers from the Oxenford store; if you plan to order, let us know, and we’ll provide our address in advance. 5. Air Conditioning: We have a very large effective AC unit for downstairs living areas only. Upstairs Master bedroom has a large portable AC, all other bedrooms do not have AC installed. Cross-ventilation from large windows and ceiling fans in every room should keep the space comfortable. 6. Noise Policy: We uphold strict noise regulations and kindly ask for respect and consideration towards our neighbors. Parties or gatherings are not permitted.
