This beautiful home is located in Monterey's Del Monte Forest at the end of a quiet, neighborhood cul-de-sac which breaths relaxation. Within 15 minutes to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, & Pacific Grove. Wake on clear mornings to enjoy a gorgeous sunrise from either outdoor back balconies. Listen to birds chirping with a steaming cup of coffee or tea overlooking Monterey Bay. At the end of the day; Cheers around the fire pit. Enjoyment awaits on the Monterey Peninsula! The space Our home is in Skyline Forest which is centrally located to many destinations on Monterey Peninsula. The home is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home which you will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and the common living areas. The courtyard is very private & many nights are spent by the fire pit. Beautiful sunrises wake you while the birds sing. Rise to coffee or tea on the balcony facing the ocean before you start your day. Master bedroom is on top floor with a queen bed, separate balcony and a work station table. Private master bath has separate shower, soaking tub & dual sinks. The stairs down to the bedrooms below & full bath are not safe for small children. 2nd downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors that leads to the ocean side fully fenced backyard. 3rd downstairs bedroom has a full bed and work station desk. We live with our cat Mollie May who will be traveling with us. We love nature and living in Del Monte Forest Preserve enables us to experience so much: many species of birds, squirrels and deer. While we do enjoy all nature, we do share our forest with raccoons and rarely but occasionally seen mountain lions. All pets need to be indoors at night. Guest access 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, common areas, courtyard, balconies & back yard and 3 car driveway. Other things to note Mollie May, our cat, will be traveling with us during your stay.
