This property is ideal for up to 6 people. Three separate bedrooms with French beds, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, terrace and a bathroom. It is possible for three people to sleep in separate rooms. The premises are located on the ground floor of a two-family house, directly on the Wertach River and centrally to the city center. Guest access Access to the laundry room exclusively for authorized persons (guests and permanent tenants) Use of the washing machine and dryer for a fee Clothes rack, ironing board and iron can be used free of charge (in the laundry room) Other things to note For loading and unloading, guests are welcome to stop in the front area of our paved garage entrance. Stopping, parking and driving in the entire courtyard (including neighboring property) is not permitted.
