Very charming and has lot of natural light. 18 foot ceilings expand the kitchen and living room area. The main floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the beautiful back yard. Don't be surprised if one of the friendly deer peeks in your window in the morning! This room also has a smart T.V. Large tiled bathroom on the main floor with enhanced mirrored lighting. The main floor and garage have In floor heat so those tootsies won't get cold and a beautiful gas fireplace to snuggle in and catch your favorite show or to read! The TVs are Roku's and have access to all your favorite streaming apps and also cable tv. Main floor also has a walkout to the back patio area which has a fire pit. The upstairs has two bedrooms. One king room with French doors opening to a deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with a a door attached to bathroom shared with the king room room. The sofa in the living room can turn into a sofa sleeper equivalent to a queen bed. The house can accommodate 8 people max. The property is within the Gopher Point Condominium Association. There is lakefront access with a dock slip for one boat. We have a pontoon boat available to rent for an additional fee. The Chetek Chain of Lake system is a very fun and recreational body of water. Several restaurants and bars accessible by boat. There's always a fun festival to celebrate of fishing/ice fishing contest to attend! Also available to rent are 3 UTV's and 2 Jet Ski's.
