Set on a Historical Farm in Apple Hill the cabin is a well apointed studio with kitchen, updated bathroom, wood stove, and cozy bed in a tranquil setting. Guests will have full access to the 10 acre farm which includes: lush gardens, a sparkling pool + hot tub, horse stables and farm animals. Our equestrian estate offers indoor and outdoor arenas as well acess to near by trails. We are in the famous Apple Hill region, with apple orchards, winerys, Placerville, and South Lake Tahoe all near by. This is a well apointed and stand alone studio cabin with a queen size bed, wood stove, kitchen with an oven and stove top, microwave, nesspresso machine, cookwear, dining table, and smart tv. There is an updated bathroom with a new quartz shower, vanity, and closet. The Cabin has a treehouse-like front porch with space for relaxing, as well as an additional bathroom, shower and laundry room under the building. Guests have full acess to the property which feautures two barns, two riding arenas (we can arrange a horse stall if traveling with horses), and 10 acres of lush grounds, flower gardens/ orchards + apple picking, a pool and hot tub area, chickens, and even a baby cow. The front of the property offers a pergola for dining and viewing the amazing sunests overlooking Apple Hill Orchards. Owners live onsite in the 1887 victorian farmhouse and love share this special property with guests.Our property is securely gated. Owners live onsite; this is a hosted rental. We allow dogs that get along with other dogs that live here, and we are happy to accomodate many needs with notice; including: horse boarding, horse riding lessons, tours of the farm, picnics, etc. Apple Hill Region We have amble parking at the farm. Please let us know if you are bringing your horse; we will arrange a stall, and provide feed and stall cleaning for a small fee. We have an indoor/covered and lit arena, outdoor lit arena, washing stalls, and trails in the Apple Hill region right out our front gate. We can also provide a portable crib upon request. Well mannered dogs that get along with others are also welcome! Please note that the cabin does not have central Air Conditioning. We do have a portable AC unit that can be provided
