Close to town, 1 mile on East End Rd. Private residence, the 1 bedroom furnished apt. is all yours. Private parking, full kitchen and bath. Mountain view. There is extra sleeping area available in the living room, extending the sofa. All extras provided for a fee of $40.00 per extra guests. Lots to do in Homer! The Homer News lists all activities weekly. Guest access The entire living quarters downstairs is yours. You have your own private parking right outside the door, but you wont want to block the view from the picture window. There is a laundry upstairs, please schedule a time for its limited use. Other things to note There are wild moose that may roam through the property. Please give them space. IF a mother has a calf you will want to give them a wide berth. You can pop up to the upstairs deck which makes a great viewing platform. It's a great photo op. Make sure to arrive with a waterproof hooded windbreaker and you will be ready for anything.
