House with a pool, Villa Alarilla

Don't worry about finding a parking space! We have free parking inside the house and a surveillance camera that covers the entrance and parking lot. The pool is private and large (10m x 5m) with a maximum depth of 1.70m. It is designed to get the most out of it, as it has a built-in staircase on one side to get in and out easily, and a bench to be able to sit and be comfortable in the water. The space We want you to be comfortable, so you can make yourself at home. And don't hesitate to contact us if you have any ideas to improve the stay. The development is unpaved, the City Council is looking for budgets to pave it, we will update the information when it is obtained. The facade of the house is in exposed brick, we intend to give it a monolayer in a few months, and we will continue to look for possible improvements for future years. Guest access You can enjoy a good outdoor barbecue in the patio we have and also eat in the shade on the porch of the house. Would you like to shoot some hoops? We have recreated half a basketball court and provide the ball so you can play and have fun. You can also play Ping Pong with a large outdoor table, which can be moved and placed in the place you want (in the shade on the porch or in the sun in the garden). For the little ones, there is a children's Ping Pong table… they can play too! And if you want to relax in addition to having fun, you can do so with the hot tub we have in one of the bathrooms, or the outdoor Jacuzzi that will be available during the hot season. Other things to note Suitable for children: a high chair and a travel crib are available on request (bedding for the crib must be brought). They can paint and have fun with games. We also have a small pool for babies/toddlers, which can be filled with balls or water, so they can safely cool off under supervision. Dog friendly: Do you want to travel with your pet? They can stay for free. They'll have plenty of room to run around and play. We only ask that you don't climb on the beds or sofas. The pet owner is responsible if damage is caused, as well as keeping the gardens clean of excrement.
