On the left is the gameroom. You head from there to the kitchen area with ample space and appliances for cooking. It is an open concept into the kitchen dining area and another sitting area with TV and pool & lake view. To the right is the master king ensuite with walk in closet, shower and garden tub. To the left is the hall with a hall bath with tub, two twin bed rooms, and a queen ensuite with tub. All bedrooms and the living space have tvs. There's plenty of room for relaxing. The pool overlooks the Aviana lake. The sunsets are breathtaking. The patio also features a covered seating area for dinner by the pool and a complimentary grill for preparing it!
