Rest in a comfortable suite, designed for short or long stays. Breakfast is included in the night rate. Our structure accommodates up to 4 guests: couples, solo travelers for leisure or work, and families with 2 children. We are located in downtown Holambra, in one of the best regions of the city. We are approximately 1.5 km from the Mill and, on the way, you pass by several tourist spots: Deck do Amor, Museum, Rua dos Guarda-Chuvas, Igreja Matriz and, finally, the Mill. The space The suite is ready to welcome you and your family with comfort, safety and warmth. In the heart of downtown, with self check-in, on-site parking and a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy the charming Vilinha Holandesa's 6,300 m² wooded complex, with a garden, lake, shops, and typical restaurants. It's the perfect balance between practicality and experience. Respect the rules of the common areas of Vilinha Holandesa. Guest access Feel free to wander around the garden and enjoy the beauty of the place. The entrance to the suite is via self check-in, ensuring practicality and freedom for you to arrive at the time you prefer. Other things to note Regulations: 1) Visitors (people not included in the reservation) By default, we do not allow people who are not included in the reservation and registered as guests to enter. In case of non-compliance, a fine equivalent to 1 night will be charged. 2) Correct number of guests (includes children and infants) The responsible guest must inform and include in the reservation all the people who will be staying, including children and babies. The omission of any person will imply a fine of 2 nights. 3) Small children and safety If the reservation is with children, check beforehand if the accommodation has a balcony and if there is a safety net. We are not responsible for the absence of a safety net. 4) Check-out: delay and extra cleaning Late check-out: R$30.00 per hour over the limit. If specialized cleaning/sanitation is required, the service fee will be charged. 5) Parties, events and sound It is not allowed to hold parties or events. In case of violation, an extra fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged. Automotive sound is not allowed. Electric shutter (use and care) Our suites have electric blinds, operated by remote control (and, in case of power failure, by crank). Operation is verified before check-in. The blind may lock or be damaged in case of misuse or if it is forced. We ask that children do not play with the controller (going up and down repeatedly), as this can disrupt and interrupt its operation. In case of proven damage due to misuse, the cost of repair will be charged.
