Perfect for working remote or getting a feel for the area while house hunting. This property offers privacy like no other and views that will calm your soul. In the kitchen you will have every amenity you could hope for in preparing a tasty gourmet meal to preparing your favorite cup of coffee or tea at the coffee bar, while dining with a breathtaking view of Mt. LeConte. The living area is equipped with a 55” Roku TV and stylish, comfortable furnishings. A work station is also provided adjacent to the living area for your convenience. Off of the main living area is a large balcony with peaceful, unobstructed views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the perfect spot for dining Al-fresco. The bedrooms are quaint, yet stylish and inviting. Included in the master, is a white noise machine to lull you to sleep like a baby. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV’s for your enjoyment after a day of adventure. The only shared space is in the backyard where you can relax and mingle with with nature, while drinking a cocktail and enjoy conversation. This is the upper unit of a 2-unit chalet with both levels having it's own private entry access and privacy for their entire unit. Should any problem arise, we have an excellent team of professionals on stand by, ready to assist in any way needed. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood with many full time residents. Please respect the privacy and serenity of the neighborhood and those around you. You will have access to one parking space. You will be less than 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. If you prefer not driving, Uber is available along with a conveniently located Gatlinburg trolley system. Please keep in mind that you are in bear country. Do not leave food in your car, and do not leave garbage outside of the bear proof garbage containers that you will see as you enter the driveway from the main road. Do not feed the bears! If you spot a bear on the property, keep a safe distance. You may also see other wildlife during your stay at Cheyenne Rose.
