Enjoy this Pet Friendly cozy and quaint home. We grow many foods on the property, feel free to grab a ripe fig off the tree as you walk up up to your home. The home is furnished with a refrigerator, WiFi, and a TV and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, and Amazon prime) with guest accounts. Tiny homes features include a rainwater basined sink and shower (or normal tap if during a drought), a composting toilet, and a trundle bed that pulls out into two twins. We still are in an area that has 5G service There unfortunately isn't any cooking or grilling instruments, however you're welcome to bring and use whatever you like. To those that haven't stayed in an off grid environment before, the 12V water pump is attached inside the home and is an audible noise when turned on for shower or sink usage, this is a normal sound. The space includes the tiny home and small yard. If you would like to use the pool and/or the main large backyard please gain authorization from the owner first. *For pet owners. -You will have a nice little yard for yourself for your pet to enjoy that is fenced from the main home big yard. -Pets must be leashed at all times outside. -Do not leave pets unattended in the tiny home unless they are crated. -Can allow pets off leash to run around a bit on a case by case basis after deconfliction with the homeowner so we can make sure our dogs are inside for y'all.
