Available for monthly bookings, please contact owners for availability. 2-bedroom upstairs suite, on sunny acreage on beautiful Pender Island. 5 minutes drive from the ferry, or a brisk half hour walk. The owners live downstairs. Quiet and peaceful, close to a large Gulf Island Park reserve, for gorgeous walks in the forest or the beach. In the summer it is a short walk to the community hall, where there is a large market of fresh produce and artisans selling their crafts. The space The 2 bedroom upstairs suite has a separate entrance and covered deck, with a lovely country kitchen. The view is of the orchard of plum and fig trees, and the occasional resident deer. Guest access As guests you will have access to your suite through your own entrance with parking close by. A door from the dining room leads onto the patio and access to a garden with fruit trees. Other things to note Access to the suite during your stay is only in the unlikely event there is an urgent need. Every effort will be made to contact you before access is made.
