The space The house has two separate bedrooms each with two double beds (one of them with a mosquito net), each with its own full bathroom, closet and safe. In addition, a living room with 2 sofa beds, a dining room and a kitchen with a breakfast bar fully equipped with a third full bathroom. A/C and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living/dining room. Linens and towels are provided for use on the property. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. The best place to rest and enjoy nature in a relaxed atmosphere. No parties or outside people not staying at the house. Guest access Terrace areas around the house as well as land on one side and at the back. Easy and friendly 4-step staircase with exterior access and interior communication to all rooms, with the possibility of independent access to each of them or to keep them integrated according to the taste or need that you require personally and for your companions or guests. Other things to note Holbox is a unique but fragile place nestled in a Protected Nature Reserve. It is very important to take care of the environment and use the limited electricity and water resources responsibly, as well as good management of the garbage generated. In this regard, you are requested to respect the following: 1- Use air conditioning systems rationally and only when guests are in the air-conditioned areas, avoiding leaving equipment on when leaving the property or the different rooms. The installed equipment is state-of-the-art and quickly cools the different areas. 2- If you wish to use the air conditioners during your rest, select the SLEEP COMFORT and ENERGY SAVE functions or the ceiling fans at low speed. In addition to helping rational use, this will avoid discomfort or damage to your health. 3- Monitor the proper use of drinking water since the island has serious supply limitations. 4- Waste management: we have the possibility of living on a very special almost virgin island that requires special care, we count on your understanding and collaboration also in this important issue and we ask you to separate all the plastic you generate and deposit it in the containers arranged for this purpose throughout the island (there is one less than 100 meters from the property in front of the grocery store around the corner). Please deposit the rest of your waste in closed bags and leave them on the right corner of the street where there is a container identified for this purpose and where it will be collected by the collection truck that usually passes daily. Take care not to leave loose waste outside or inside the house as this will attract insects and other animals, use the appropriate containers. 5- Drainage System: The house has an autonomous and independent drainage system which completely covers the needs of the property, avoiding effects derived from the municipal drainage system which is sometimes exceeded. In this regard, we ask you not to throw toilet paper, wet or sanitary wipes or any other solid in the toilets or sinks and use the garbage cans available in each area for this purpose. 6- The Wi-Fi, electricity and water services available on the island may have failures or outages that are usually temporary. 7- In rainy season or high tide some streets may be flooded or with puddles.
