Ski lockers, secure parking, free and frequent shuttle at the foot of the building. The space 41 m2 apartment on a high floor, quiet and well maintained, located in the main building of the Ariondaz residence. Common areas, insulation, heating, elevators, facades completely redone in 2022. Guards in the residence, closed at night with controlled access. - Entrance/hallway with a large dressing room. - Living room/Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, pancake pan, wine glasses...). Living room with large French window with mountain views. - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Guest access Access to the ski slopes via the "Petit Moriond" lift, which will take you in a few moments via a blue/green slope to the 1650 snow front (ESF and main lift for the Courchevel area or the 3 Vallées area, the largest ski area in Europe). Return via the Petit Moriond or Cèpes trail. Access to the Aquamotion aquatic center via the free shuttle at the foot of the building or via the escalators located in the center of the village. Free guest access to the games room accessible on the 1st floor of the main building with ping pong and foosball games. Wi-Fi access in the lobby of the residence. Other things to note Extra bed linen on request: 50 euros/person/week (Moriond or Bozel laundry). We take care of the booking on request. Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. Possible exceptions. Self check-in possible thanks to the installation of a key box.
