Large double room on a shared Flat

Easy access to everything from this well located apartment. Surrounded by everything you would hope for when coming to Valencia. Nice bars/restaurants, in between 3 different supermarkets. 10 mins walk to the City of Arts and Science and Oceanography. 300 meters from the Metro stop Amistat Casa de Salud, which takes you directly to the city centre which is just 4 stops away. The space This is a double bedroom on a shared flat. We have 4 bedrooms in the flat, one which is for me and my boyfriend, the second one which we converted into an office for my boyfriend to work from, the third room lives a couple and the fourth room is the one listed here in airbnb. Please note that the air conditioning unit is only installed in the living room! Not in the bedroom. The property is quite spacious and quiet. Everyone is respectful of noise and the cleanliness of the apartment. During your stay If you have any queries whilst staying with us we will be happy to provide any support needed. Other things to note Please note that the Air Conditioning unit is located only in the living room of the property! Not in the bedroom. In the bedroom we only offer a Portable Fan!
