Spacious Overlooking 1 BR Condo at Bristle Ridge

Thoughtfully designed with elegance and simplicity, it invites you to slow down, savor life’s simple joys, and let the cool mountain breeze carry your worries away. The space Our unit offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a cozy bedroom, a comfortable living area, a dedicated dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, providing a restful retreat for up to four guests. For added flexibility, a futon or extra mattress is available to accommodate a fifth guest. Guest access As of now, our access is Assisted-Entry. Our staff will go there to open the door for you and leave you the keys. Other things to note DRINKING WATER We have a water dispenser without water bottle in the unit. It is reserved for Owner Use but you can use it for your convenience. However, we recommend that if you are sensitive to mountain water, bring your own branded bottled water to suit your preferenc and for safety. PARKING Parking is available for a fee, which is collected by the gate guards. MAX GUEST Our max number of unit occupants is 5. But we can consider the 6th person if it is a child that is 4 years old and below to stay free of charge as long as his/her beddings will be shared with the adults/parents. SAME DAY BOOKING Please understand that same day booking for this Unit may need approval from Building Admin. Processing of applications by their staff is usually between 12 PM to 2 PM only and late reservations may no longer be approved. It may also need a manual approval from us. It isnproabble that we cannot schedule housekeeping due to availability of housekeeper or current guest not checking out on time. Always consult with our customer support prior to booking. We also reserve the right to decline same day requests if it is not possible for our manpower. SMOKING AND VAPING IN-UNIT This is a high offence. Guests leaving trails of smoking cigarette, weed, or vaping will be charge AT LEAST PHP 2,500 or more depending on the severity. If it will trigger the building alarm, we will leave it to the guards and the management to push more sanctions and fees to our wayward guests.
