Rock wall in bay provides excellent habitat for waterfowl. Property is a great place for bird and wildlife-watching. Guests should know that the waterfront has a rustic feel. Guest access All utilities and internet included. Large, attached 2-car garage. The home water source is a private well, which is filtered and softened. Tenant is responsible for cable, phone service, and snow removal. No smoking or pets allowed. Guests will have access to entire home, yard, and lake frontage. Gas grill, foosball table, fire pit, firewood, kayak, and life jackets are also available for the guests' enjoyment. Other things to note The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full set of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, spices, condiments, and basic cooking ingredients.
