It will be returned to the guests if there is no damage or repair needed in the unit after the stay. THE SPACE🏫 This 2-bedroom penthouse unit has a relaxing ambiance that is perfect for friends and family vacation. Stay on the relaxing wide balcony that offers a complete sea view. This space will surely give you a satisfactory and marvelous experience throughout your stay in Anvaya Cove. Master bedroom has 1 queen size bed (with pull -out bed) and a separate toilet & bath, while guest bedroom has 1 twin size bed (also equipped with pull-out bed) with common bathroom, perfect for family, couples, or group of friends. The unit is good for up to 6 to 8 persons. The living room has a sofa bed and couch, and kitchen equipped with all of the things you need for dining and basic food preparation. Furniture, appliance and other contents of the unit are similar to units enrolled in Anvaya Cove Leasing Program. Professionally-laundered towels, linens and bedsheets are provided. Free access to Sea Breeze Verandas swimming pool complex. (Please note that every Tuesday is the scheduled weekly general maintenance of swimming pool starting 10AM onwards. Pool complex will resume normal operations starting 6AM of Wednesday). GUEST ACCESS🏖️ Guests who wish to access Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club need to inform the host ahead of time. Non-member guests shall pay Php1,500/head per day as guest fee, including kids 1-year old and above. Usually, access to Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club is scheduled during the check-in date unless the guests wish to access again the next day the Club’s amenities. Guest fee is not included on the rental fee and shall be settled separtely by the guests to the Front Office of Anvaya Cove Beach & Nature Club. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -Strictly no pets allowed. -Parking slots are on a first come, first served basis. -Smoking is not allowed in common areas, only at the designated smoking area located near surface parking of Building A. -Events and party noise are highly discouraged. -Hanging of clothes on balcony railings is also not allowed. -Gas-powered stove is strictly prohibited. The kitchen of the unit is equipped with an electric hot plate for cooking. Food preparation, including grilling on the balcony, is also not allowed. -Beach club peak season starts on December 24-January 3 we are not allowed to give free beach access. OTHERS: -No free breakfasts included. However, bringing food and cooking are allowed as the kitchen is equipped with basic cookware & kitchen utensils. Always open the range hood (exhaust) when cooking to avoid activating the building's fire alarm safety system. Guest access Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club shall pay additional fees as follows:🏝️ * Php 1,500/head per day - for the first 10 persons * Php 2,500/head per day - for 11th person and above During Super Peak Periods (All saints, Holy Week, Christmas & New Year): December 24-January 3 (Peak Season) * Php 1,500/head per day - for the first 5 persons * Php 2,500/head per day - for 6th person and above Guest fees will cover the following: * 1 x Free Pool Towel rental for each guest * Private Beach Access * Cabanas & Loungers * 3 Beautiful Beachside Pools * Kid's Club * Access to Spa with well-priced treatments * Access to Club Restaurants with well-priced food All persons older than 12 months are chargeable at the club - There are excellent facilities for infants.
