Located 10 minutes from the beaches, our one-story wooden house will delight travelers looking for calm and nature. With friends or family, come and discover our beautiful region, relax in our fully equipped cabin, and enjoy the inflatable hot tub available on the large terrace. We do not allow parties or noise. The space Our 115 m2 house is composed of: - 1 large living room with spacious fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, tall dishwasher, wine cellar, dishes...) overlooking the living-dining room. Sonos soundbar, Wi-Fi access, Netflix, YouTube. - 1 cellar with washing machine and dryer - 1 master suite overlooking the south-facing terrace, with 1 king size bed, connected TV (Netflix, YouTube), 1 large dressing room, 1 shower room. - 1 double bedroom and its dressing room - 1 small bedroom overlooking the south-facing terrace, with a sofa bed & baby cot on request. The exteriors will offer you a large terrace, all the necessary furniture for the summer (garden furniture, dining area, Weber barbecue, parasol, hammock, petanque court, play structure for children...) and an inflatable spa for 6 people heated to 38°. The village is 7 minutes from Lesneven offering all amenities and its renowned market, 10 minutes from the beaches, the classified site of Meneham, the Pontusval Lighthouse, 30 minutes from Brest and 35 minutes from Roscoff. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask that the following tasks be performed upon checkout: - sheets and towels placed in the bathroom - empty the dishwasher - vacuum cleaner and mop used - garbage cans emptied - refrigerator emptied and cleaned Secure lockbox for self check-in.
