Unique house, beautiful view, swimming pool in the park

Our house is in a beautiful place, in Posterbos park. Located on the edge, with a large garden with lots of privacy on the sunny south. The house has recently been completely renovated, including a new, large kitchen, new bathroom and floor. The whole house is equipped with atmospheric Philips HUE lighting. Unique is the large glass facade at the back. In the living room, a staircase leads to the loft with two beds. At the front is a second bedroom with a double bed. The space At the front is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom and living room can be reached via the hallway. The bathroom has been completely renovated and has a rain and hand shower, toilet and sink. The cozy living room with loft overlooks the large backyard and the fields behind. On the cozy loft (with beautiful views!) are two single beds. The house is equipped with Philips HUE lighting, to be operated with two separate switches, one downstairs and one upstairs. Guest access All areas, including the storage room at the front, are freely accessible to guests. Other things to note Bed linen can be rented from us at 15 euros per person. The package consists of: fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover and bath towel plus regular towel. Guests can also bring their own bed linen. There are two single beds upstairs (90x200) and one double bed (160x200) downstairs. Here, too, single duvets are provided. Occupancy tax we take care of it.
