As you enter, you'll discover the entire social area, including an infinity pool with a panoramic view of nature, a living-dining room, and a fully open kitchen. Additionally, there's a laundry room and a bathroom. Moving to the second level, you'll find a balcony with a hammock, 2 rooms with a shared bathroom, and master bedroom with a private bathroom and a spectacular open-sky shower. The house is designed for relaxation, sharing, and connecting with nature. Master bedroom: 1 bed of 1.60 m (queen) Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 1.40 m (double) and 1 bed of 1.00 m (single) Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 1.00 m (single) Note: all rooms have ceiling fans. The house is equipped and conditioned for a maximum of 7 people. Other things to note Wifi available. Young children: The interior design of the house is not suitable for young children. Elements like stairs, pool, and railings may pose a risk to their safety. Pets: We only allow 1 small or medium-sized breed dog. Please check with us before making the reservation. Ventilation: All 3 rooms have ceiling fans. The living room also has a ceiling fan. Pool: The house has a private pool and is located on the first floor. Other Condo Common Areas: The playground is in an open area with no access restrictions. The multi-sports court is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and access depends on the administration's authorization.
