Property is located on the Beautiful Shore of Lake Sam Rayburn. You can conveniently leave your boat in the water and Charge your Batteries. Shoreline has plenty of space for boat parking. Cabin has a view of The Angelina National Forest. Just a short walk of about 75 yards to the shoreline. Make Memories fishing, skiing, boating, swimming, hiking, biking, and Hunting. The space The Cabin has One Queen Bed and a pullout Sleeper Sofa. Fully Furnished with all Linens,towels, and boat towels. All Basic Kitchen utensils are Provided, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pots and pans. Keurig Coffee machine, Stove with Oven, along with Full size Refrigerator. Tv with a DVD player. BBQ pit and Picnic Table located Outside. Guest access Walk down the highline to access the water. Approximately 75 yards. There’s plenty of shoreline for parking boats, fishing,swimming, or sitting in the swing enjoying the view. Other things to note The property is Water Front, but does not have a view of the water from the Cabin. The cabin looks at the Angelina National Forest. Short walk of about 75yard to the water. There is No WiFi. Cabin does have a TV with DVD/Blue-ray player, with lots of movies to keep you entertained while indoors. You will have a Short drive of about 4 miles down a gravel road. We have a small Private neighborhood boat ramp for your convenience. Most people have Cell Phone service but it can be Spotty at times. We do have a paddle boat and 2 Canoes available for rent for an extra fee of $25 per day for each. Perfect Place to UNPLUG and enjoy the Outdoors!
