Whether for pleasure or work, you will have the interior space: with children's toys, desk area, books and all the necessary kitchen to feel "at home", the exterior to enjoy the summer in a large enclosed garden with garage and 50 m2 shed to park your vehicles, a dining area (barbecue) and deckchairs to spend a pleasant stay in our region. The space Charmoy is 2 minutes from Migennes with shops, SNCF train station, restaurants, its beach open in summer is pleasant with various entertainment, its cinema, 10 minutes from Joigny, 20 minutes from Auxerre (highway) and 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by train. The river is a 10-minute walk away, for peaceful walks or cycling with its bike paths. Not to mention Migennes beach and its entertainment, open all summer. You can park your cars on the property or store your motorcycles for safety. The keys are to be collected via a key box to allow you a free check-in from 4 p.m. Linens and towels are only provided on request for an additional 8 euros per set (linens, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases), and 2 euros for 1 towel and 1 glove.
