Welcome to your dream La Jolla beachfront vacation home! This spacious 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home commands a stunning location directly on Windansea Beach. With ocean views from nearly every room, you’ll be treated to surfers and dolphins playing in the waves during the day and spectacular sunsets in the evenings. The home features an open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining. The home was recently renovated and re-decorated with new electronics and luxury Frette linens throughout. The “inland” side features a spacious and lush courtyard with a tranquil fountain, plenty of seating areas, outdoor dining and a bbq. Downstairs features three ocean-view bedrooms with direct access to the pool deck. A fourth ocean-view bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and is ideal for young families. A lounge with a bar and entertainment system also provide a space for gathering downstairs. Rules and Restrictions: The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Noise must be at a reasonable level at all times, and quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Excessive noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds. will result in eviction. This home is equipped with decibel meters and there are cameras near the courtyard, entry, sideyard and pool. Our Rental Agreement includes NO TOLERANCE policy regarding excessive NOISE, OCCUPANCY and/or PARTIES. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
