Welcome to our vacation home Other things to note "Dünenblume 212". Our beautiful beach house is located at the Baabe beach park, right behind the dunes, only about 70 meters away from the beach. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Notes on additional charges and fees: Please note that in New Year's Eve week the object can only be booked on a weekly basis at the fixed price, arrival/departure day flexible. 150,00€ security deposit (over New Year's Eve 200,- €) is due in advance and must be paid with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure, minus incidentals. Cost for electricity (0,35€ / kWh) and water (6,50€ / m³ ) will be billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and with the paid security deposit. In the colder season, an electric underfloor heating provides pleasant "foot heat". An electric heater provides the basic heat of the house. The spa tax is due before arrival. Bath and bed linen can be ordered for a fee upon request. One national is bookable. To book more pets, please contact your agency. Parking space is at your disposal for free. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. We have decorated our house lovingly and comfortably. In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace, in winter you have a beautiful view of the snowy landscape from the bright, light-filled gallery. In summer as well as in winter, our wellness bath is an experience. From the sauna, directly to the Baltic Sea, then to our hot tub and to end a good cup of tea or a glass of red wine in front of the fireplace. Relax from the stress and hustle of everyday life.
