Beach Apt for SSI Getaway

A charming apartment centrally located in Brockinton Plantation. Biking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. Come enjoy the island! Less than 2 miles to beaches. Small pets allowed-$100 fee. Only 1 vehicle allowed. We live in the upstairs of the home, which is located in a relaxed neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Need beach toys, umbrellas or bikes? Just ask! I’ll deliver to your door. Clothing steamer available upon request. One (1) car allowed. NO smoking on property. The space The apartment contains 1 bedroom area and a kitchenette / dining / living area. The bathroom is located off the living area. The patio and side yard are a part of the apartment and free to use. We live upstairs and also use the other parts of the downstairs of the property. There is no common area, the apartment is separate and private, with only shared walls. The apartment located downstairs of a family home. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 6am. No smoking. DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, a camera is installed outdoors at this property in the form of a Ring doorbell. Other things to note One (1) vehicle allowed per trip. No smoking on property. This includes outside spaces, patio, driveway, or anywhere on our property. Non-negotiable. Pet fee - $100. Service animals require certifications sent prior to stay. ALL animals must be approved prior to guest approval and confirmed booking. You will be charged for any items taken from the apartment. This includes (but is not limited to) towels, chargers, cookware, and books. 25 minimum age requirement.
