Guest suite in Arvada

Enjoy a stylish garden level suite at this centrally-located home in Arvada, CO. This private entrance basement suite sits in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from I-70. This means quick access to the highway whether you're looking to head downtown to Denver (20 mins) over to Golden (15 mins) to Red Rocks Amphitheater (22 mins) or up into the mountains. The space The suite has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking sheets and dishes, dinnerware, cutlery, a Keurig and spices available to use. The bathroom has a full-size washer and dryer available for use. Guest access Entry to the basement suite is accessed by going down the steps and through the white door on the bottom right side of the house. There is a keyless entry which you will be given a unique code specific to your booking. Please note that we do live upstairs, so there is a door between the basement unit and the upstairs that we deadbolt for safety purposes. Other things to note All street parking is free, please be mindful to stay in front of our property when there is space available.
