The pool area is completely renovated (floor and terrace with bioclimatic pergola) 1 large, fully fenced wooded garden, a large lawn area with 2 goal posts, a hammock chair, 1 hammock) 1 small relaxation and reading area (2 armchairs, 1 bench) sheltered under a large tree. 1 children's playhouse 1 equipped office: desk, chair, screen. 1 bookcase Every room has a fan. Mosquito nets are attached to several windows, allowing them to be permanently open. The connection to the city water supply is complete; the tap water is now drinkable. We have 3 hens and 1 rooster in their henhouse. Feel free to give them your leftovers, and they will give you eggs (3 max per day) in return. Our house is close to a completely sanitized duck farm. Once a year, during the big clean-up, a farm smell may escape. Close to the road, which is quite busy at peak times (due to a detour in the village, it is busier at the moment). We are surrounded by fields. There are no activities nearby; the closest ones are at least 15 minutes away by car. Guest access The entire house and the outdoor area: pool and fully fenced garden. Removable barrier on the terrace side to protect children from the stairs and the pool. Please note... the countryside means flies... An insect repellent should be sprayed when they appear... it's effective. Mosquito nets are fitted on most of the windows, allowing you to open the windows even at night without being bothered by insects. The bioclimatic pergola is also equipped with mosquito nets, allowing you to enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace. The house is located by a road that is busy during rush hours. No worries on the terrace and pool side, but sometimes it's annoying on the other terrace on the road side. IMPORTANT: Linens and towels are provided only for stays of 7 nights minimum. Reservations for 2 nights are possible outside the period from July 1 to August 31, but bed linens and towels will not be provided. The city water is operational again, so the tap water is drinkable. We bought this house 2 years ago for our retirement, and we make improvements to it regularly, which is why your feedback is valuable to us. The sanitation work is complete, so there are no more issues.
