The space This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, two story waterfront Cottage directly on Tims Ford Lake. It includes a furnished balcony & patio, with a natural gas grill, and a courtesy transient slip at the Marina for pontoon rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. There are 3 large smart TVs and a bonus living room downstairs. All linens are provided with extra pillows and blankets. We supply a starter amount of paper amenities and soaps. Fast Wi-Fi. In-unit washer & dryer. Comfortably hosts 10 guests. Cottage #12 is a pet-friendly unit, happily hosting up to two pets at a time. A pet fee of $200 will apply in addition to your booking total. Guest access You have full private access to the entire Cottage during your stay. You have full access to Resort amenities and rentals.
