Our Recently renovated apartment by the beach is strategically placed to have everything nearby and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunset’s overlooking the ocean without needing to exit the condo. Enjoying the private beach access. Although The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a unique experience, there are also Many restaurants facing the ocean for some amazing food options nearby. Great for couples or just a quick getaway. The space You get: -Your own private apartment by the beach. -Bedroom with Queen size bed and linens, closet, Smart/HDTv, A/C. -Fully Equipped kitchen with everything you need, for preparing your meals. -Fully Equipped Bathroom with towels, soap and shampoo. -Board Games, Beach essentials, internet a Tv. Guest access -The day before your arrival, I’ll send our check in guide with step by step instructions and photos on how to enter the property. -Also, The apartment is on the first floor, literally just 5 steps, and you are in. -Early check-in and/or later check-out service is subject to availability and must be authorized by host. Service has a fee of $15 first extra hour and $10 every other hour. Unauthorized, early check-in or later check-out will have an automatic penalty fee of $25 per extra hour. Other things to note ✔️Every guest is responsible for their own safety, There are no lifeguards at the beach. Be careful with high tides, bad weather, and/or water currents (not an issue, JUST FYI). ✔️We (the host, owners, neighbor, or hoa) are not liable for any inconvenience, damages, or accidents that can occur. Especially when caused by a third party. There are some things we just can’t control. ✔️Beach properties are awesome, but they are more subjective to flying insects that can cause bites, remember to bring your own repellent. ✔️We lightly fumigate the interior of the apartment every month to avoid any crawlies, but this won't prevent flying insects. ✔️Tv has many streaming services installed, guests can use their own accounts to enjoy these channels. ✔️This apt. is inside a residential condo in which other 8 neighbors own. Although, it’s uncommon other neighbors are present, It’s important to keep the noise level low, respect neighbors' property on the grounds, and remember that they are also entitled to use the Beach, gazebo, and BBQ grill. ✔️We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by bad weather, power, water, or internet outages. It's an uncommon situation, but it can happen in any Airbnb home on the island. ✔️A/C in the living room is left on automatically and will maintain the apt cool. Will turn off automatically from 2am-6am to drain. Many guests prefer the fresh ocean breeze, if thats your case, just let us know to keep the living room a/c off. ✔️We don’t offer compensation for any interruptions of utilities. Its an uncommon situation, but can happen in any airbnb here on the island. Never a past issue, just FYI.
