This spacious two-bedroom apartment features beautiful hardwood floors, exposed bricks, and upgrades throughout. The cozy living room offers a perfect space to lounge and stream your favorite shows. There are two workspaces with high-speed internet where you can work remotely and hold online meetings. A fully equipped kitchen outfitted for the chef in the family. We prioritized sleep quality by equipping all bedrooms with memory foam mattresses. Central heating and air conditioning upstairs keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Downstairs bedroom has its own independent heater with digital thermostat and wi-fi enabled to allow control from your phone with product app from anywhere. This allows individual to keep that space as warm (or cool) as desired. (Separate A/C unit for downstairs bedroom set to be installed in the spring for independent cooling in the summer) Guest access *You have the entire space to yourself. *There are 2 free parking spots available directly in front of the building. They are open to use by any of the tenants in the 4 units on a first-come-first-use basis. Additional free parking spaces are available in the small parking lot just a 1/2 block down the street at the northeast corner of 19th St & Jackson St (see picture of map in listing). Metered street parking is also available. It is $0.25 per hour Monday-Friday 9am-9pm. Of note, guests will want to avoid parking in the open gravel lot just north of the building as this is not part of the property and owned by another apartment complex nearby. They do tow anyone that does not have a parking sticker (I have seen it happen and I don’t want it to happen to a guest).
